Role: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Holiday Cover, Ongoing)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing and solving problems efficiently.
Collaborate with site teams to monitor plant performance and ensure equipment reliability.
Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems, depending on your specialism.Requirements:

Electrically Biased Technicians: Must have confidence in PLC fault finding.
Mechanically Biased Technicians: Strong mechanical maintenance skills.
Ideal candidates will have experience in the food or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environments.
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, both days and nights.Shift Details:

Shifts will be assigned monthly based on the holiday cover schedule.
Mix of 12-hour day and night shifts.Compensation:

Competitive pay rates between £20ph and £30ph, depending on the shift and whether paid via CIS or PAYE.Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, even during holiday periods.
