Pay rate: £12.50 per hour

Temp to Perm
Our client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Horticulture Operative to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for horticulture and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
* Full UK manual driver's license
* Horticultural background or relevant experience
* Ability to work from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday to Friday
* Willingness to start and end each day at Upminster, Essex RM14
Responsibilities:
* Perform various horticultural tasks, including planting, pruning, and maintaining gardens and landscapes
* Operate and maintain horticultural equipment and tools
* Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines
* Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
