Job Title: Catering Engineer
Location: Site Based

Hours: Mon-Fri Various

ROLE DEFINITION:

The applicant must be a qualified Catering Engineer, able to demonstrate an outstanding track record in customer service and able to work within a fast-paced working environment. The applicant will work alongside our service team and existing engineers to maintain our existing rental assets. Gas-Safe qualifications would be advantageous but not essential as further training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Attending sites to install, service and repair our existing rental Combi Ovens.

* Uploading and maintaining our asset data via internal systems.

* Maintaining vehicle stock levels.

* Liaise with office staff to ensure accurate communication with customers.

* Due to the nature of some of the sites, an enhanced DBS check will be required.

SKILLS:

Product and systems specific training will be provided but the following skills are essential for any successful applicant:

* Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks.

* You will have experience of working independently with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

* Experience with commercial combi ovens
