Then we have the perfect opportunity for you. Our client is looking for budding engineers to join their team on a newley won central London contract. This role will suit someone new to the world of of building services that is looking for somewhere to lay the foundations of a successful career.

Role:

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring operational consistenacy of electrical building systems through the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.

Duties:

* Servicing a wide range of Electro-Mechanical Building Systems. (UPS, Switch Boards, Generators, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, Alarm Systems, Lighting)

* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.

* Keeping up-to-date records of works and incidents.

* Liasing with other on-site Engineers, External Contractors, and Clients to ensure the smooth completion of works.

* Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

* Full Electrical qualification (Apprenticeship, City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ 3, BEng, BSc, HND, etc...)

* JIB ECS Card desirable.

* 18th Edition & 2391 desirable.

* maintenance experience desirable.
