Hourly Rate: £23 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week (4 days one week, 3 days the next)
Location: Leeds
Shifts: Rotational shifts with an element of on-call duty

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead (RGN or RMN) to join our team. As Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of care within our home. You will be a confident, knowledgeable, and authoritative presence, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and providing strong leadership to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team of staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Oversee and review care plans, ensuring they meet individual needs.
• Assist with the training and development of new staff members.
• Support the management team in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure high care standards are consistently met.
• Maintain the safe custody, administration, and storage of medication.
• Adhere to all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, promoting ethical practice.
• Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient/resident engagement.

Qualification and Skill Requirements:
• Valid PIN number (RGN or RMN).
• Experience in a similar care environment.
• Strong clinical background with excellent business acumen.
• Ability to manage the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Thorough knowledge of CQC standards.

Ideal for Candidates with Experience as: Senior Nurse, Senior RGN/RMN, Head of Care, Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Unit Lead, Team Leader.
