Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Maintenance Company in the North London area who are looking for a brand new Technical Supervisor to join their team covering all Corporate M+E Maintenance projects in North London.

They are looking for an experienced technical supervisor specialising in public and corporate buildings to oversee M+E repairs and maintenance projects.

You will work with team members to manage the planned M+E repairs service and maintenance process from start to finish. You will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the performance of trades operatives and specialist sub-contractors.

Responsibilities include:

Liaising with the works scheduling team and sub-contractors to ensure job information is correct, timely report submissions are made, work is allocated as needed etc.
Overseeing trades and sub-contractors on site.
Carrying out pre and post inspections to ensure a good standard of work.
Assisting the Service Delivery Manager in managing the contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
Supporting the SDM by providing data, reports and MI (e.g. for quality control and budgetary data).
Managing the day-to-day administration of the team.
Attending client/stakeholder panels, consultations, and other meetings.
Acting a point of contact for customers, ensuring all queries and complaints are resolved swiftly.Key Knowledge:

Previous Supervisory experience working within repairs
Previous Commercial / Corporate building project experience
