Salary:Starting at£11.90 and rising to £12.47 once signed off and competent.

Hours: 

Night Shift: Mon-Thurs 22:00-06:00 Fri 17:00-22:00

**Training will be done on days for 6 weeks: Week 1 Mon-Thurs 06:00-14:00 Fri 06:00-11:00 Week 2 Mon-Thurs 14:00-22:00 Fri 11:00-16:00**

Overtime available at x1.5 after 37.5 hours during the week and Saturday.

X 2 for Sunday and bank holidays.

Main purpose of the job: 

Loading stock onto the production line
Operation of light machinery in a safe manner
Accurate recording of material waste
Recording of personal daily activity information
Participating in company wide and specific continuous improvement activities
Reporting stock/machine defects, or perceived defects to the Production Team Leader
Assisting colleagues/departments or undertaking other duties as requested by the Production Team Leader
Manual handling on a daily basis
Personal Specification:

Numerate and literate
Ability to interpret detailed work orders and quality information
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to be trained in operation of extruders and ancillary equipment
Operate as part of a manufacturing team
