As an EYFS Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing our youngest learners' academic and personal growth, fostering a love for learning, and creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. EYFS Teacher Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the needs and interests of EYFS students, promoting literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
2. Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, practical activities, and creative resources to make learning enjoyable and accessible for all children.
3. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to explore their ideas, develop their skills, and achieve their full potential.
4. Assess student progress through a range of formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
5. Promote positive behavior and social skills by modeling respect, cooperation, and responsibility, and implementing effective classroom management strategies.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular links, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Relevant university degree and PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
- Experience teaching within a UK primary or EYFS setting is preferred but not essential.
