Copello are pleased to be working with a manufacturing organisation recruiting for 2 CNC Machinists to join their team based in Sandy, Bedfordshire.

The CNC Machinists will be joining a team of highly skilled engineers and machinists who work collaboratively to ensure the seamless production of parts, from initial programming to final inspection.

Working with cutting-edge technology, this client is focussed on consistency, accuracy, speed and reliability with every project

The day to day responsibilities of the CNC Machinists will include;

* Setting up CNC Machines including loading materials and selecting appropriate tools and programming as per specifications

* Developing CNC Programs using CAM software / G-code (Ideally Fanuc)

* Operating CNC Machines to produce parts

* Conduct in-process and final inspections ensuring product qualify

* Troubleshoot any issues with the CNC Machines and make adjustments if needed

* Manage documentation of setups, tool changes etc

* Suggest and implement improvements in machining processes

To be considered for these opportunities, you will have demonstrable experience in the following;

* Proven experience as a CNC machinist

* Strong technical aptitude and an ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Keen attention to detail and precision

* Positive and effective communication skills

* Strong problem solving skills
