EDI/CSV Administrator

We are looking for a EDI & CSV Administrator join us in our mission and support the EDI/CSV Lead by creating & uploading CSV files and correcting EDI file failures. Compiling any issues that we may need to go back to the supplier to ensure these are corrected going forward.

You will have the opportunity to assist the Lead with external suppliers to onboard via either EDI or CSV. The administrator will test the files ensuring that they can be imported into the system & liaise with the EDI/CSV Lead to confirm once this has been completed.

Day to day, the EDI & CSV Administrator will be involved in:

* Working with the manual EDI & CSV upload process

* Following monthly statement reconciliations, complete the statement rec follow up ensuring all missing invoices are uploaded

* Liaising with suppliers and working with the Lead to ensure CSV spreadsheets are up to the required standard to import

* Liaising with the supplier

* Spotting any areas for improvement and efficiencies

Ideally, the EDI & CSV Administrator will :

* Have excellent IT skills including advanced Excel & analytical skills

* Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Have strong organisational skills

* Be a clear communicator

* Have a strong attention to detail & able to deliver correct first-time results quickly

* Be able to build strong relationships with supplier contacts & other team members.

* Have a continuous improvement & questioning mind

* Working knowledge of OA & eBIS systems would be an advantage
