This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and effective operation of their depot, meeting strategic objectives, and maintaining regulatory compliance. As the Terminal Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Overseeing the Depot and Assets to deliver fuel to customers and stakeholders, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and works are completed to high standards.

* Leading by example in process safety, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and staff are trained and competent

* Managing compliance with Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) and all relevant legislation.

* Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, Regulators, and third-party contractors.

* Overseeing new projects and installations, identifying hazards, and managing risks.

* Developing emergency plans and acting as the Incident Main Controller.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a MACR/COMAH environment, ideally within the fuel sector.

* Strong leadership skills, ability to build relationships, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This role is offered on a 3-year fixed-term contract and includes a comprehensive relocation package:
