Cover Supervisor

Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Batley
Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Are you looking for a flexible role in education that allows you to support students and make a positive impact in Batley? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors on an ad-hoc basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a school setting and contribute to the learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Support students with their learning by providing assistance and guidance as needed.
Maintain a safe and orderly environment conducive to learning.
Liaise with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline.
Flexible availability to cover classes on short notice.
A positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting students' educational development.
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.Benefits:
