Responsibilities:

Component Mounting: Mount and secure electrical components such as switches, circuit breakers, relays, and other devices within the panels.

Testing: Conduct basic functional tests on completed panels to ensure proper wiring and functionality.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve wiring issues or discrepancies during the assembly process.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of panel wiring, including labeling and documentation of connections for future reference.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets quality standards and complies with relevant safety regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to understand project requirements and provide input on design improvements.

Tools and Equipment: Properly use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment required for panel wiring tasks.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in panel wiring to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Panel Wirer or similar role in an industrial setting.

Technical Skills:

Proficient understanding of electrical systems and components.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to electrical installations.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in panel assembly and wiring.
