Unqualified Teacher Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering engaging and interactive lessons across various subjects.
Support the classroom teacher in managing student behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
Participate in school activities and events, contributing to the school community.
Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Monitor and report on student progress to the classroom teacher.
Unqualified Teacher Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school.
Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
