Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Records Technician with a background in Nuclear on a perm basis, to be located in Bridgewater, Bristol.

Accountabilities
Assist LTQR Manager in ensuring that the Project LTQR activities are completed in accordance with approved processes and procedures. The role holder shall also review incoming and outgoing documents for compliance to technical requirements in addition to managing the distribution of electronic and hard copy documents to relevant stakeholders
Deliverables
1. Ensure site based LTQR management activities are carried out in accordance with approved processes and procedures.
2. Review incoming and outgoing documents for compliance to requirements.
3. Create master document templates and forms when required.
4. Complete the distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents. End to End configuration control.
5. Prepare data reports when required on document status for MEH Alliance
6. Follow LTQR process and procedures.
7. Utilise project LTQR system to capture mandatory document properties to support site, commissioning etc.
8. Ensure LTQR handover packs are complete and accurate.
9. Liaise with colleagues to ensure appropriate LTQR's are submitted for work packages as required by contract.

Qualifications
1. Qualifications in an Engineering discipline, ONC / HNC / HND (or equivalent experience).
2. Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas
3. Minimum of 3 years' experience on EDMS automation systems, inspection and control of LTQRs
