Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team at a leading social housing contractor covering Westminster & Surrounding areas.. This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in social housing properties.
Carry out periodic testing and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults promptly and efficiently.
Complete EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and other relevant documentation.
Install and maintain lighting, power systems, and other electrical components.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Collaborate with other trades and contractors to complete projects efficiently.Requirements:

Proven experience working as an electrician in social housing or similar environments.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or AM2
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing and Inspection qualification (desirable).
Full UK driving license.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
