The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, negotiation, and compliance within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contract Administration: Manage and oversee all contractual documentation from project inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

* Sector-Specific Management: Handle contracts for projects in residential, commercial, schools, colleges, scientific facilities, and listed buildings, understanding the unique requirements and regulations for each sector.

* Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks to protect the company's interests.

* Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and project milestones are achieved.

* Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

* Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any contractual disputes or issues in a timely and effective manner.

* Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, progress, and any potential issues to senior management.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.

* In-depth knowledge of contract law and construction industry standards.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.

* Experience with contracts in residential, commercial, educational, scientific, and heritage-listed projects is highly desirable
