About the Role:

As a Psychology Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons to secondary school students. Your expertise and enthusiasm will inspire students to explore the fascinating world of Psychology, helping them to achieve academic success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive and stimulating Psychology lessons in line with the curriculum.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Engage with parents, staff, and the wider school community to promote a positive educational experience.
Contribute to the development of the Psychology department and participate in extracurricular activities.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in Psychology or a related field.
Proven experience teaching Psychology at the secondary level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
