Administrator/Receptionist

Working on a busy manufacturing site, you will have the following duties:
General Administration
Data Entry: Input purchase orders and other data into our site systems using a computer.
Tech Savvy: Have a solid understanding of computer systems, especially MS Office, with a focus on Excel and Word.
Expense Claims: Help process employee expense claims using receipts and our electronic systems.
Sundry Purchasing: Oversee weekly online sundry purchasing, keep records, and manage distribution.
Admin Support: Assist with any general administrative tasks as directed by Site Management.
Online Orders: Place online orders as requested and approved by Site Management.
Other Tasks: Handle various other administrative duties as needed.
Reception
Warm Welcome: Be the friendly face of the company, providing a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and contractors.
Safety First: Conduct site safety inductions and ensure all security protocols are followed for new visitors and contractors.
Meeting Coordination: Manage meeting room bookings and use the switchboard to direct calls appropriately.
Other Reception Duties: Take care of other reception-related tasks as needed.
Skills and experience required:
* Previous experience in an administration or receptionist role is essential
* Excellent organisation skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to plan and prioritise workloads, ensuring deadline are met
The successful candidate will need to provide cover at a different company site, so a full driving licence and own transport would be preferred.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
