Graduate Teaching Assistant (SEN)
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £78 – £100 per day 
Start Date: Immediately

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners? GSL Education invites you to embark on an exciting journey as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in our client schools in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will also have SEN experience.
 
Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (SEN): 

Assist dynamic SEN lessons: Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons. 
Tailored support: Provide personalized support to students, nurturing academic excellence.
Positive environment: Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation.
Innovative collaboration: Work alongside educators to develop creative teaching strategies and resources.
Holistic development: Contribute to the social and emotional growth of students, promoting their well-being. 
 
Qualities We Seek: 

Educational background: Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, focusing on primary education.
Have prior experience of working with SEN pupils.
Positive demeanour: Demonstrate a proactive, energetic, and caring approach to work with secondary level students.
Enhanced DBS: Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undergo the process.
Checkable work history: Have a fully checkable work history.
