It's an exciting time for you to join this team, they have recently expanded with a new unit and followed this up by investing in some new CNC machines as well. With work from new and existing clients coming in they are on a recruitment drive with a few machinist opportunities available within the business.

They are happy to be flexible on what shifts you work but a Monday to Wednesday night shift is certainly available, working a 40 hour week (again there is a bit of flexibility on the hours you work).

You'll be working for a privately owned sub contract manufacturer, the owners are time served machinist themselves and have put blood sweat and tears in to the business, and still to the day jump on the machines to help the team out if required. They have grow the business organically from day one and are now one of the most successful machine shops in the area.

You have the option of overtime which is regularly available at the moment at 1.5. Training and development is on offer for the right individuals, they will always look to grow from within.

The role will require you to set and operate 3 and 4 axis milling machines manufacturing various metallic components. They are happy to offer any training required for the right candidate and they use fanuc/haas controls on the machines, they are open to various controls. You'll be working on Doosan and Haas CNC machines.
