About The Role
We're on the lookout for a Data Administrator with a focus on Manufacturing, ready to join forces with our Central Manufacturing team at the vibrant Hilmore House in Bradford. This role is all about diving into the heart of things, you'll team up closely with the manufacturing and trading teams, playing a pivotal role in sculpting and upholding data for the wide array of items that our manufacturing sites produce.
So, what's on your to-do list? 
Control and coordinate Oracle EBS, RMS and Tropos for new Master Data 
Execute Master Data changes for existing products within Tropos, Oracle EBS and RMS 
Liaise with Technical, Commercial, Finance and NPD teams to support the process and work closely with operations teams to gather production data requirements to create and maintain item codes and Bill of Materials (BOMs) within Oracle or Tropos
Work to tight deadlines, ensuring information is available at the right time for you to use to build the necessary data
Be responsible for following up missing information with various departments and have the ability to understand impacts of not meeting deadlines within this process
Attend NPD (new product development) meetings for awareness of up and coming products and ensure relevant information is understood to generate the system data
Have awareness of KPIs and how they can be used to drive improvements, both in terms of service and data accuracy
Be responsible for the resolution of data errors

About You
Experience in data is valuable, ideally within a fast-paced environment – prior exposure to food manufacturing is a bonus, especially if you're well-versed in food processing however full training will be provided to the new member of the team. Proficiency in Oracle EBS, RMS, Tropos (or similar) and Excel, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail, is a must. Engaging in meetings and effective communication across all levels are crucial aspects of this role. Your confidence in conversing with customers and colleagues alike, along with your knack for innovative problem-solving and process improvement, will make you a valuable asset. Balancing tasks and priorities will be second nature, and your enthusiasm for both data and interaction will drive you in this exciting role.
