FLT Reach Truck & Counter Balance Driver Position

Ripley - DE5

Key role and responsibilities for FLT Reach / Counterbalance

Supply parts to production lines to ensure continuous operation.
Coordinate and execute smooth changeovers to minimise downtime.
Manage goods receipt and dispatch, ensuring accurate documentation.
Load and unload materials and parts as required.
Perform general FLT duties to support the production and logistics team.
Shifts:

One-week rotation:
Morning: 06:00 to 14:30, Monday to Friday
Afternoon: 13:30 to 22:00, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:

Pay rate: £12.35 per hour
Shift Pay: £50.00 per week for afternoon shifts
Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licenses(Reach and Counterbalance)
Experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
