KS1 Phase Lead Key Responsibilities:

* Lead KS1 team, ensuring top teaching standards with vision, direction, and support.

KS1 Phase Lead Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 1.

* Excellent understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment practices.

* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders.
