What will you be doing?
Onboarding new development assets and corporate acquisitions.
Managing development projects, reporting, cash flow, and loan drawdowns.
Overseeing debt monitoring, management, and compliance.
Building new consolidations and accounting for new legal entities.
Managing treasury and cash forecasts.
Providing audit support and assisting in developing controls and ensuring data accuracy.
Presenting monthly and quarterly management accounts to the Senior Leadership Team and boards.
Supporting the Financial Controller and Head of Financial Operations with ad-hoc projects.
Leading individual ad-hoc projects.
Running lease accounting and conducting variance analysis of revenue to lease level.
Assisting in the improvement and development of management and accounting information delivered to department heads.
Liaising with management to resolve information requirements and queries.What skills are we looking for?
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
The role would suit a second mover with property/construction experience.What's on offer?
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000
Bonus: 20%
Work Environment: Hybrid/flexible working arrangements
Pension: 7%
