About the Role

Seeking an NPI Engineer to contribute to the successful introduction of new products into our clients manufacturing environment. This role involves a hands-on approach to process development, implementation, and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities of NPI Engineer:

* Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for NPI

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality) to ensure smooth product transitions.

* Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions and procedures.

* Conduct process capability studies and implement improvement initiatives.

* Troubleshoot process-related issues and drive problem resolution.

* Support the introduction of new equipment and technologies.

* Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or a similar industry.

* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in process development and optimisation methodologies.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
