ADT Operator – (Coleshill, Birmingham) – Fulltime

A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 8-10 years

Long term work available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets and want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.

PAYE basis (NOT UMBRELLA)

On Offer:

* Rate of £20.16 per hour

* 10hr days/50hr week guaranteed.

* Lodge/Accommodation can be paid depending on meeting the distance requirement of living 50+ Miles from site (Relevant Documentation must be provided)

* Pension

* Training and upskilling paid for

* Secure regular income

Overtime When Available:

* Weekdays and Nights - Time and a third pay

* Weekends – Time and a half pay

Candidates must have:

* CPCS Blue Card or NPORS Competent Operator with CSCS Logo

* Moving earth with dumper trucks

* Preparing the dump truck for site and road travel/ Conducting all operational and pre-start checks

* Travelling the dump truck over different terrain, including rough, undulating ground whilst unloaded and loaded

* Manoeuvring progressing to confined spaces in and forward and reverse direction

* Positioning the dump truck to receive loads

* Loading procedures

* Loading characteristics, integrity and security

* Discharging loads into trenches and over edges

* Carrying out safety checks and keeping machines running properly

* Changing buckets and other machine attachments

* Working on building sites doing noisy, physically demanding and messy work.

Preferred

* CPCS Blue or NPORS Competent Operator with CSCS Logo

* Driving license
