Venrec are recruiting on behalf of our client for Class 1 Drivers in the Sittingbourne area.

The role will entail:

General Haulage of recycled waste and recycled paper.

Delivering to Hubs in various locations.

The shifts are on average 12 hours long.

Full time or part time hours available.

Mainly a driving role including opening/ closing curtains and strapping of the load.

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Full Class 1 licence (Minimum 1 year’s recent driving experience).

Valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card.

No more than 6 points or have the following endorsement codes showing (DD or DR).

Compliant to all rules and regulations within LGV driving.

Good roadcraft/ Geographical knowledge.

Shifts available are over a 7-day period starting at 06:00 hours or 18.00 hours and work is all year round.

All candidates are required to pass our clients driving assessment +2 shifts training prior to commencing this role.

Pay Rates:

Days - £15.23ph (Monday to Friday).

Nights - £17.54ph (Monday to Friday).

Saturday – Day £22.84ph/ Night £26.31ph

Sunday - Day £30.46ph/ Night £35.87ph.

Bank Holiday - Day £30.46ph/ Night £35.08ph

The rates are all PAYE and holiday accrual is in addition to the above rates and pay is weekly
