This will be for a period of 2 weeks, starting Monday. This role is strictly no CIS.

You will oversee the construction of a new mental health facility, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily on-site operations to ensure smooth progression of the new build project.
Oversee subcontractors, tradespeople, and staff ensuring all are working effectively and safely.
Coordinate resources including labour, materials, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and proper usage.
Ensure that the build quality meets the specifications set by the client and adheres to high standards.
Perform regular inspections and oversee the testing and commissioning of systems related to health care such as fire safety, accessibility, and security protocols.Requirements:
