Frontline Recruitment in Weymouth is currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client located near Dorchester.
For this role we are looking for a candidate with experience with a powered hand pallet lift.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility by preparing ingredients, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining dairy production equipment, ensuring all machinery functions smoothly and efficiently, and monitoring production processes to perform quality checks that ensure our products meet high standards. You will adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, assist with the preparation and packaging of dairy products, and conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets, report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly, and maintain accurate records of production data and activities.
You will oversee the secure and seamless movement of materials within the warehouse or production facility.
We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work setting.
This position involves regular lifting and handling of materials.
The role is on a temporary basis.
Do to location, own transport is essential.
Payrate: £12.05/hour.
Hours of work: 42.5/week, Monday to Friday, 45 from July to December.
Immediate start.
6.15am - 3.45pm
