Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are searching for an experienced Team Leader to join our client, a leading independent drinks brand development business

Due to their continued sales growth and expansion to their facility, they are recruiting for a Re-Pack Production Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading production / re-pack lines in a similar industry. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving company and further develop your career

This will be a varied, Monday – Friday role, assisting in managing our current operatives across a two-shift operation. 

 The Role: 

Managing a variety of products across three production lines with up to 30 personnel on each shift. 
Ensuring our usual high standards of work and cleanliness are achieved. 
Liaising with the production team and completing production schedules. 
Achieving and surpassing agreed targets and KPI’s. 
Manage / maintain all re-pack consumables - packaging, film wrap, trays, labels etc. 
Normal working hours of either 6am – 2pm / 8am – 4pm / 2pm – 10pm. 
 The ideal candidate: 

Familiar with H&S, manual handling, accident reporting etc
Competent on all Microsoft packages. 
Forklift Truck ideal but not essential
Excellent numeracy & literacy. 
Comfortable working within a collaborative team environment.
