Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years in project management, specifically within the electrical field. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing fast-paced NHS projects and possess the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating with our skilled labor teams and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee all phases of electrical projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Team Coordination: Utilize and manage our skilled labor teams and site management to ensure efficient project execution.
* Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly within the NHS, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Site Meetings and Visits: Regularly conduct site visits and meetings to monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Office Duties: Primarily office-based work from our Langley, Berkshire office, involving planning, coordination, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field, with specific experience on NHS projects.
* Qualifications: Must hold relevant electrical qualifications.
* Skills:
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Licenses/Certifications: Relevant electrical qualifications and project management certifications are highly desirable.
