Kenect are currently looking to recruit an experienced Plastic Fabricator in Burton on Trent on a temporary to permanent basis. The well-established company are located just an 8-minute walk from Burton town Centre. Rates of pay depends on experience and increases after a successful trial period but starts from a minimum of £12.50 per hour.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Saturday work available at an enhanced rate depending on work volumes.

As a Plastics Fabricator, you will be required to:

Inspect the parts once welded
Fabricate parts, ensuring they meet the required specifications
Measure, cut down and inspect parts
Work from and understand technical drawings
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

As a Plastic Fabricator, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

Previous experience within a similar role
Experience within a busy workshop environment
The ability to read and understand technical drawings
Previous experience working as a welder or fabricator (plastic Fabricator preferred)
