Crem Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a large local employer in Ely, who is looking to employ several Production Operators. This is a temporary to permanent role.

This Production Operative position offers great career progression and an opportunity to develop within a large organisation.

Some of the duties include:

* Work with the crew to set up jobs in the timeliest manner possible.

* Ensure that the levels of Health and Safety, hygiene and housekeeping are maintained to a high standard.

* Understand and execute the instructions on the specification sheets relevant to the position.

* Stack and send pallets that will travel down the line and are fit for palletisation.

* Ensure all pallets are of a first-class presentation.

* Immediately report any mechanical issues to the Machine Operator.

* General housekeeping.

* Maintain a positive can-do attitude.

* Heavy Lifting will be required.

Hours of work are:

* Rotational Shifts – Monday to Friday (full-time):

1. Week 1. Monday to Thursday 06.00am - 2.00pm, Friday 05.00am - 12.00

2. Week 2. Monday to Thursday 2.00pm - 10.00pm, Friday 12.00 - 7.00pm

Pay £11.44 per hour to start with.
