About the role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in young students’ lives? We are looking for an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting our students with boosters and interventions, particularly those with special educational needs. You will have the chance to work closely with our skilled staff and contribute to a nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse and dynamic student body, providing tailored support to help them reach their full potential.

Application Requirements:

• Have a genuine passion for supporting young learners and their individual needs.

• Possess relevant experience or qualifications in working with children, particularly in a Key Stage 1 setting.

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality educational support and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

• Be an excellent communicator, capable of working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.

• Show enthusiasm for engaging in professional development and contributing to a positive school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing targeted support and interventions to students, focusing on their academic and personal development.

• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to students’ needs.

• Supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the attention and resources required for their success.

• Monitoring and assessing students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents to aid in their development.
