Requirements for the Role:

Possession of an Assessor qualification
Proven experience within the carpentry industry
Previous experience working within an educational setting, preferably within a college environmentDuties of a Carpentry Assessor:

Conducting assessments of learners' practical carpentry skills
Providing guidance and support to learners throughout their qualification journey
Delivering constructive feedback to aid in learners' development
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the carpentry curriculumWhy Choose Tradewind:
