As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our health care organisation. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and dispatching a wide range of medical products, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfilment, and contributing to the safe and sustainable use of medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Processing Stock: Unload deliveries, inspect goods, and process incoming stock accurately.
Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely dispatch.
Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks, maintain accurate records, and assist with stock replenishment.
Decontamination: Inspect, clean, disinfect, and sterilise returned medical equipment, following strict safety protocols.
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhere to safety regulations, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve operational goals, communicate issues, and assist with training.
Stock Checking: Support stock checking activities and ensure accurate inventory levels.Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects.Pay Rate - £11.44 per hour
Working hours Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:30
