About the role of Clerk of Works
A clerk of works inspects the workmanship, quality and safety of work on construction sites and reports back to senior managers and clients. As a clerk of work, you'd be conducting regular site inspections and checking that building plans are being followed correctly. Reporting to an on site Project Manager
Responsibilities for Clerk of Works
The main responsibilities will be:
Reviewing project documentation
Inspecting the quality and safety of work
Monitoring the progress of construction

CSCS
Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Senior Site InspectionsThe company are one of the most exciting to work for right now, they have over 15+ live projects across London and are looking to add 4 more before the turn of the year.
