Location: Cheltenham, United Kingdom
Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Contract: Part-time (5 days per week/mornings only)
Salary: £45 - 55 per day

Are you passionate about supporting young learners? We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a Year 1 student in a vibrant primary school in Cheltenham.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized support to the assigned student, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with classroom activities, individualized learning plans, and behaviour management.
Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for the student's growth.Requirements:

Experience: Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting within the past 5 years.
Qualifications: No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication matter most.
Compassion: A genuine care for the well-being and development of young learners.
