The right candidate will have vast experience within a commercial environment and will be looking to grow within a company that will support your career development.

Role: HVAC Engineer
Salary: Upto £49,500
Location: Southampton

Job Details:

* You will complete undertake all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance across several sites.

* You will be the first point of contact for all maintenance requirements on site.

* You will ensure all work to be completed at the highest of standards, ensuring all work complies with health and safety legislation.

* Ensure all paperwork is completed within the agreed timescale

* You will prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.

* You will be responsible for ordering parts where required.

* Any other reasonable duties.

Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 3 in Heating and Ventilation or a equivalent Mechanical Qualification.

* Commercial Gas Qualifications - COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A

* Domestic Gas Qualifications - CCN, CENWAT, CPA

* 2079-1 F-Gas Category 1

* Extensive experience within a commercial maintenance environment.
