The position is for a for a full time Care Assistant, subject to permanent night shifts, with a competitive rate of £12.25 per hour.
Your Role:
Deliver Outstanding Care: Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, medication management, eating, and toileting.
Support Resident Welfare: Offer physical and psychological support, engaging residents in recreational and social activities.
Foster Therapeutic Relationships: Build respectful, non-judgemental relationships with residents, promoting their dignity and independence.
Advocate: Act as a voice for the residents, ensuring their needs and preferences are heard and respected.
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of care plans, daily activities, and observations, ensuring continuity of care.
