Senior CNC Programmer

Alecto Recruitment is in continued partnership with an established Manufacturing business based in Burnley who have an immediate requirement for an experienced CNC programmer to join their team.

Due to continued growth, the company is looking for a CNC Programmer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This position is a vital role to the business. The successful person will be joining the business, not just to Program, but to an instrumental part in the development of new programs and products.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Programmer to develop their career with a forward-thinking company.

To be considered, you must have the following:

Programming on 5 Axis machines
Have experience within the Program and Tooling development
Experience using CAM software such as GibbsCAM and SmartCAM
Experience with either Fanuc, Mazatrol, Mitsubishi or Okuma
Excellent understanding of Engineering drawings, dimensioning and geometrical tolerancing Ideally you will have:

HNC Mechanical Engineering
Apprentice Trained - Engineering/CNC/Production/Manufacturing
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 39 Hour week - Days
