Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off

About the Company: A modern Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant near Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a skilled CHP Technician to join their team. The plant is dedicated to maintaining high operational standards and efficiency, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate plant processes safely and efficiently to meet production targets.

* Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and calibrations.

* Conduct daily sampling and testing of production processes.

* Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the process area.

* Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience in operating a PLC or SCADA automated process.

* Strong written and spoken english to communicate effectively with all stakeholders

* Experience with quality control testing processes

* Ability to operate large plant equipement for moving material
