My client, a forward thinking Training Provider based in Berkshire, are seeking an experienced Project Management Assessor/Tutor.

This Training Provider has over 40 years experience in the Apprenticeships and Training Sector, delivering professional and high quality content to over 20,000 learners to date Their success rate is 20% above national average

You will be working closely with your cohort to deliver APM L4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeships and Short Courses to Commercial Partners.

Duties:

Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeship in Project Management Level 4 and short courses (commercial training).
Support learners to achieve the Essential Skills in Digital Literacy and Numeracy.
Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences.
Manage a caseload of learners supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end-point assessment.
Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
To develop a professional 'mentor' relationship with learners, giving appropriate Information, advice and guidance as required, always keeping appropriate and transparent boundaries
To work alongside the Programme Manager and team to develop a high-quality delivery

Requirements:

Hold or willing to work towards an Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Must hold Project Management related qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or similar Project Management qualification
Must hold solid occupational competency in Project Management â€" min 3 years proven experience of managing projects.
Ideally have experience of Assessing Project Management
Must be confident with Maths, English and IT skills
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrate a clear commitment of achieving results and improving performance.
Promote and model the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and trust.
