Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosing complex technical issues related to Ford vehicles remotely.
Providing technical support and guidance to technicians via phone, email, or virtual communication channels.
Offering recommendations and solutions for resolving challenging problems efficiently and effectively.
Keeping abreast of the latest Ford technologies, updates, and best practices.
Collaborating with the support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:

Extensive experience and qualification as a Ford Master Technician.
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues remotely.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
