Duration: 6-month full-time assignment (Monday to Friday), with potential for a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Red Sky Personnel are positioned to offer a head start with a leading global AV integrator and events provider, who are seeking a talented Senior AV Technician with a specialisation in conference and meeting room technology. This is your chance to fast-track your journey to becoming a Senior Events and AV Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities

* Technical Mastery: Quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the new event spaces.

* Team Training: Ensure the staff is proficient, addressing any technical knowledge gaps.

* Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Levels 1, 2, and 3 technical live events support and troubleshoot issues across event spaces and departments.

* Event Space Development: Identify snags, outstanding issues, and recommend key improvements for day 2 works.

* Documentation: Create a detailed run book for the event spaces, including SOPs, disaster recovery documentation, and RMA processes.

* Incident Management: Manage incidents, track resolutions, and work closely with supporting teams, ensuring client satisfaction.

* Client Relations: Build strong relationships with client teams and supporting staff.

* Leadership: Act as the key decision-maker and escalation point during incidents or failures.

Qualifications

* Experience: Proven senior technician background in AV events or integration, you will be screened on your recent experience and technical knowledge in conference and meeting room technology.

* Management Skills: Experience leading a team of technicians to deliver events or managing roles during installations.

* Technical Expertise: Certifications in Dante, Qsys, Crestron, Extron, etc., are highly advantageous.

* Location: Must be based in London with an unrestricted right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

* Compliance: Background check may be required depending on the assigned site.
