My client are an award winning contractor who deliver high end residential projects across the North West. They are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team and work on £30m scheme in Cheshire. The project involves the redevelopment of a prestigious estate for one of the highest net worth individuals in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Help develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.
Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and schedules.
Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Report and document any accidents or incidents on site.
Participate in site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential construction projects.
