Our Client is a very popular Hotel and Restaurant set near the lovely North Norfolk coast; This Hotel is part of a small group based in East Anglia. They pride themselves on fresh seasonal produce allowing the kitchen to create a modern British menu. As well as the relaxed restaurant they also several lounges and great garden space serving food and drink throughout the day.

What's involved?

Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in running a fresh food Restaurant/Pub. You must be able to lead by example and be able to inspire and motivate your team. The role will involve training and developing the team and working with the General Manager and Executive Chef to offer the best possible experience for all guests.
