Salary: £35,000
Overtime paid at 1.5x weekdays and 2x on Sundays.
Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week
Static role at the NEC Birmingham

Great opportunity to work with the biggest FM provider on a well know site in Birmingham as a Commercial Plumber. This is a client we have always had great success with and great feedback from candidates. This is a client which prides itself of development and upskilling.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks daily.
This can be anything from basic plumbing to slightly more skilled work such as Plantroom and HVAC support.
Experience of monthly PPM's such as Emergency light testing, and water temp testing would be of great advantage.
Other key duties include might be supervising specialist subcontractors, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all subcontractor paperwork, and upholding strict adherence to Health and Safety procedures as outlined in the Client's QHSE guidelines.

Requirements:

* C&G in pluming or Mechanical skillset

* Proven experience in commercial plumbing

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

* Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
