PSR Solutions is absolutely delighted to be collaborating with one of the UK's largest independent children's care providers, currently on the lookout for dedicated Children's Residential Support Workers in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.

Whether you're an experienced Residential Worker or Youth Worker, or someone eager to embark on a career in residential care, your resilience and determination are exactly what we need. To be considered for this transformative role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
The salary is not just competitive but rewarding, ranging from £28,560 to £29,184 per annum, inclusive of sleep-ins.

But that's not all-there are numerous perks to look forward to

Earn a highly competitive salary with £50 per sleep-in.

We will put you on our Passport to Manage training and allow you to get your Level 5. This will give you a clear pathway into a management role.

Earn up to £3,250 by recommending a foster carer or up to £1,000 by recommending a full-time staff member.

Receive a £100 bonus for achieving a 'Good' Ofsted outcome for the home and a £200 bonus for achieving 'Outstanding'.
